Is everything prepaid?
Yes. Your platform balance is prepaid. You top up when you choose — no surprise invoices. Credits are deducted per request based on actual usage.
How does billing work with multiple LLM providers?
One balance covers all four cloud providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, X). Each request deducts the actual provider cost plus the platform contribution for your tier. You see a receipt for every request.
What's the difference between Managed and BYOK?
Managed: we handle provider billing, you pay provider cost + platform contribution from one balance. BYOK: you use your own API keys, providers bill you directly, we only deduct the platform contribution from your balance.
Do credits expire?
No. Your prepaid balance does not expire. Use it at your own pace.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Your prepaid balance carries over.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers via our payment partner Paddle. Paddle handles tax, VAT, and receipts for your region.
Is there a refund policy?
